So you tell yourself you're going to meditate or journal, you're for sure going to do the workouts, and you're going to 'let go' of caring what other people think and just be yourself.

*Reconnect:

  • Get out of your head and into your body!

  • You'll recognize the sensations in your body in regards to your stress response. 

  • 2 movement sessions designed to give your body the movement it craves and designed specifically to release tension and stress held in the body.

  • 1 Breath work session and 1 Reiki session to help move the energy and allow your body to heal. 

*Reprogram: 

Clear out the programs running in the background keeping you stuck in chronic stress response. 

You know the sensations in your body that seem to 'just happen' in certain circumstances, like...

  • Giving a presentation

  • Looking at the schedule for the upcoming week

  • Looking at the bank account

  • Having a difficult conversation

Those sensations are your nervous system at work.

How Much Does This Intensive Cost? 

The biggest mistake people make when it comes to self regulating is that they think the 'Do It Yourself' route is cheaper. 

What they don't take into account is how slow and ineffective that can be. ​

Yes, you can sort through thousands of free videos about dozens of healing practices.

You can read all the books, watch all the Reels, listen to all the Podcasts. 

But they can't see you. And honestly, you can't see you. Not clearly. 

These responses are habitual. 

The dysregulation IS your normal, so how would you if you were dysregulated? And if you could stop it on your own, you would!​

Not to mention how much time it costs you to sort through those books, reels, podcasts and videos, gathering information, or how much time you've wasted believing things that just simply aren't true. 

Your brain (that marvelous machine!) has created so many habits and patterns for your safety and survival.

Combined, we have over three decades of success in the fitness and wellness industry.

We are best friends and have spent our lifetimes committed to self-development and growth.

We met working in the corporate world in 2008. We bonded over having after work jobs teaching Pilates (Kellie) and Zumba (Lindsey). And we supported each other in the desire to be in the Health & Wellness industry full time. (We both knew that we weren't meant for corporate life.) 

Life has a funny way of, well, life-ing. We both believe that we had to work in that corporate setting so that we could meet each other (and Kellie could meet her husband), and be doing what we're doing now.
